We wandered through fields and ridgetops, over Rt.42 and and finally down to Lynn Creek. The weather was outstanding -- highs kissed 80F, very light breeze, and no rain. The Trail terrain was very agreeable.
Lynn Creek was an excellent campsite. Outstanding camping, in fact. D.C. tented. Breeze and High Spirits, too. I burritoed under the tarp. Sleddog and Buzz stayed the night, so we had a repeat card game of hearts. Gavin (Sleddog) won the stash. We were silly and giddy, sharing stories and bad jokes between hands of cards. I don't know what was in the water at that creek, but we had laughing fits so hard, it hurt. Sleddog's gutter mouth would set us rolling in the leaves giggling, couldn't stop. It was contagious.
