J: Made dinner (Chicken Cheese Steak again, blackberry milkshakes, fries yogied from a delighted tourist, hot dogs yogied from a different set of tourists, and a grilled cheese). For dessert, a six of Coors between us.

Triple-Crown accomplished, but our day wasn't over. We had made big miles to get our three square meals, and even loaded down with yet another bellyful, we figured we could push on. A twilight hike to the shelter, Gravel Springs Hut.
Hiked on with the setting sun, past Rattlesnake Point overlook, crossing the Big Blue trail, crossing Skyline Drive again, over Hogback, Skyline drive yet again, a fabulous field of ferns on Hogback, and more dances both Skyline and Hogback Mtn.
