Reggae Party on the Mall
Spent the morning going to Springfield Mall for some shopping, 'though we didn't have a clue what we needed that we didn't already have. Scary to be in with so many people - peacock people, just strutting around.
Headed into the District for an evening tour of the monuments. Ran into a Reggae concert on the Mall. Where's Portacan Dan when we need him?
