Rattler!
The last walk in PA was terrific. Warm, but not as hot as much of the past two weeks (or two months, for that matter). Climbing up from Wind Gap before lunch was a chore, but snacking up on Wolf Rocks was lovely. Until the lovelies between the rocks started their rattling. It wasn't just one. There were dozens. Creepy. Some could be seen such as this little guy. Most just made noise and made me very careful to explore with my staff before I put a foot down anywhere from a ledge.
