Arden Mtn
J: Left the Fingerboard about 7:30 after next to no sleep. Slacker, Bill the Poet, Oliver, Dan Moore and I fought the no-see-ums all night with no relief. Didn't set up tent as sky looked threatening after my climb out of the Lemon Squeezer. Sure thought it'd rain but in the end, no! Mistake.
So we fed the bugs and I don't think I slept an hour. Also shy on water - which didn't rally my spirits much with a dry walk prospect ahead.
Arden Valley road and the climb out was OK. This is the forest '93 had to road walk due to the forest fire - what a nightmare that must have been.
