Jack in the Green trail magic
Jack (Jason) rescued us from the scary nighttime Danby VT streets. OK, make that the sleepy, quiet and quaint Danby VT streets. Save for the roadwalk, it was a great 17+ day. The night found us treated to spaghetti and wine. Beautiful cabin - Jason's dad styled us with everything. Met up with DreamCatcher, Magoo and Big John at the house.
The next morning, we all piled into the Green-mobile, an Explorer with all of our packs strapped to the top and us crammed within for the return to the Trail. The clouds were low and thick, with that heavy humid feel to the air.
