Steps, N. side of Moosilauke
This insane staircase, courtesy of the AMC, was the Trail going down maybe 200 feet or more in elevation on the N side of Moosilauke. Every step was wet and slick, and even with my hiking staff, I was certain I'd take my second fall of the hike. I mean, this was crazy, as in hike-ending crazy. But hey, it's where the white blazes led, so step by step I followed.
