J: In Bemis Mtn lean-to tonight with 'Ratte' (Meister Ratte), Frenchy and Phishstick. Bemis had the views tonight. Looking up toward Saddleback, back toward the Prezzies, toward Baldpate - stellar day - could see forever. Blue skies, occassional clouds, cold crisp wind. Only a thirteen from Hall Mtn lean-to, but a tough thirteen.
