Eight miles to Elk Park, or at least the road crossing for it. Gorgeous and brisk morning. Fox took this shot of me as we climb back up from Overmountain Shelter valley. Time to climb up Little Hump and Hump Mtn.
Sat up on Hump Mountain for quite a while, thinking and looking off into the distance. Could see Grandfather Mtn, Sugar Mtn ski resort, Roan Mtn and into VA!
