Springer Mountain Summit
This mountain peak, like most all along the Trail in the South, is below treeline. Summits can be nondescript affairs with limited or no views. The trail blazes themselves are vertical white rectangles approximately 2 by 6 inches painted on trees, rocks, sign posts and alike.
