Descending to the Notch
Sliding down into the Notch -- after sliding down off of Goose. Glad we had the great weather here that we didn't in the Whites. All the same, after two days of watching Washington without clouds, I'm a bit bugged. Where were our views?

The Notch is Mahoosic Notch -- a watershed drainage just below us at the bottom of the hill. A mile of boulders, rocks and streambed. Supposedly the hardest mile on Trail.
