Permagrin had the brilliant idea of swapping cameras. So she and I traded out to capture ourselves on our own film. Pieps and Yeti had bolted ahead - no mean feat in this mile. It proved easier to stow the hiking staff in the pack so I could four-wheel-drive with hands and feet.
