Laundry in Rangley
Two hundred twenty point zero miles. What remains of my hike. I am in Rangeley, doing laundry. Trying to capture the events of yesterday. The colors, the ups and downs, the ponds and the moose. Mechanised wash, downtime.
I stayed at a B&B called the Farmhouse Inn last night. Great people, great food. Made some 17 miles yesterday. Have to go shopping today - get the mail drop after 8. Hard to remember what I packed back in March, and repacked in May. Augment the cache with more cheap calories - oatmeal, snickers, a small stash of TP, maybe some tortillas and cheese for a special feast. Film, I'm out of film. Can't believe I'm without film. May need a spare battery for the Olympus?
