Atop Katahdin
Bad DNA on the summit sign, Katahdin. 186 days ago, I climbed Springer Mountain. 14 states ago. Two seasons back. 2155 miles [plus the 8 from the approach trail :) ] My thru-hike came to its logical conclusion at that sign. I drank a beer by the same name. And had some (crazy) thoughts about walking back the way I came. I could hike back to Blacksburg by February.
