Ant hill on A.T.
With hiking, there is a lot of looking down. Mostly to avoid tripping or going down. Avoiding roots, rocks and mud. And once in a great while, huge ant mounds. This one was nearly four feet across. My hiking staff, for reference, is about 4.5 feet long.
