Inspired by the recent snows, some of the dads from cabin planned a special ski trip for the older kids and headed for the mountains. Paul and Em joined the Brodie and DeWolf boys and hit the slopes at Sugar Mountain.
This was Emily's first ever ski trip. A long and exhausting day, but one that she enjoyed immensely. I think any frustrations she may have experienced in learning how to ski were hugely offset by the fact that she got to spend an entire day with Alex Brodie ;-)
My crew returned home late in the evening exhausted and happy with only a few aches and pains to report.
